Dr. Nielsen’s Team

Physician Assistants

Nicholas Kolar is a certified physician assistant who assists Dr. Nielsen in clinic and in surgery. Nicholas completed his education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has been in working in orthopaedics since that time. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Rylee Smith is another certified physician assistant who assists Dr. Nielsen in clinic and in surgery. Rylee completed her education at Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska and has been with Dr. Nielsen since that time. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Nursing Staff

Susanne and Stacey are Dr. Nielsen’s primary clinic nurses.

Dr. Nielsen utilizes scribes in his clinic to help him complete paperwork and arrange follow-up appointments.
